Added a blog entry "Made it to Cincinnati Ohio" I managed to pull off my goals again today. I went 5.25 miles in under 1 hr 15 min (took me 1 hr 8 min). Ran the first 1.5 miles of it. Drank 10 + glasses of water and had brocolli with cheese for August 10 11:15 PM Added a blog entry "30.5 miles this week" I am so excited! I did 9 miles today! I ran/jogged the first 5.25 miles in 49 minutes. Then continued with a cool down of .5 miles. After that I called my folks to tell them my miles. Back in my August 10 12:36 AM Added a blog entry "Accomplishments!" So I set goals for yesterday while I was at work and wrote out my goals for the day on an index card. They read as follows: Today (8/7) my goal is to solidly run the first mile of my 5.25 miles and ge August 08 9:13 AM Added a blog entry "Update of sorts..." So it's been ages since I've updated this page. I've gone 229.5 miles so far this year and hope to triple that number before the year is out I'm back to making the choice to workout daily.
